Dr. Dominik Nikol has many years of experience in data protection law (since 2008). He is well respected by his clients for his practical solutions and deep understanding of the relevant industry sectors. He mainly advises large and medium-sized German companies, but occasionally also other institutions and private individuals.
Dr. Nikol is an established lawyer and a trained banker. Following his studies in Regensburg and Aberdeen (Scotland), he worked as an academic assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Procedural Law and International Private Law in Regensburg (Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Peter Gottwald). This is also where he pursued his doctorate in international corporate law. He completed his legal clerkship with seats in Offenburg, Freiburg, Berlin and Ingolstadt, among others, at a large German automotive company.
